FirstTouch Sales — Privacy

Who runs it

FirstTouch Sales is run by Pretiosus, Kochi, India. Questions: office@pretiosus.cc.

What we store

• Your account: your name, email and password. The password is stored scrambled, so we can't read it.
• Your team's work: contacts, companies, deals, tasks, notes, templates, messages you log, and screenshots you upload.
• If you connect a Microsoft 365 mailbox: emails arriving in that inbox (the last 30 days when you first connect, then as they arrive), and an access token, stored encrypted. Mail from your own company's domain and known automated senders is kept out of Enquiries.
• If you add an Anthropic API key: the key, stored encrypted. We only ever show its last 4 characters.

Where it's kept

On a server rented from Contabo in the United States. It is backed up every night: backups are kept on that server for 14 days, and a copy is kept on our own computer in India for 30 days.

Who can see it

People in your workspace, and our team — only to run, support and fix the service. Nobody else. We don't sell your data or show ads. Each workspace is kept separate from every other one, and the database itself enforces that.

Other companies involved

• Microsoft — only if you connect a mailbox.
• Anthropic — only when someone in your workspace clicks an AI button (qualify, draft or refine). The relevant contact and message text is then sent to Anthropic using your workspace's own key, under your own agreement with Anthropic.

Nothing is sent automatically: an email goes out only when a person clicks Send.

People in your contacts

They're yours to manage. If someone asks to be removed, you can delete them, or ask us to.

Copies and deletion

Email office@pretiosus.cc. We can send you a full export of your workspace. If you ask us to delete it, we remove all of its data; logins that belong only to your workspace are locked and their names and emails wiped. Backup copies age out within 30 days.
